Railway ready to enhance ties with TRACECA corridor\" height=\"448\" src=\"https:\/\/media.mehrnews.com\/d\/2024\/10\/20\/4\/5213799.jpg?ts=1729423536591\" width=\"700\"><\/p>\n<p>Compared to last Iranian calendar year, rail routes have become more active in the north-south and east-west corridors, Zakeri\u00a0said, adding that now a part of the rail network of the north-south and east-west corridors is incomplete, and necessary measures are being taken to fix them.<\/p>\n<p>Assavbayev, for his part,\u00a0expressed the corridor\u2019s members\u2019 interest in using the potential of Iran\u2019s corridors, saying that this allows the member countries to increase trade from Central Asia to Turkey through Iran.<\/p>\n<p>TRACECA is an international transport program involving the European Union and 12 member states of the Eastern European, Caucasus, and Central Asian regions.
