Petro, for his part, welcomed strengthening ties with Iran, saying that the challenges facing today\u2019s world necessitate greater cooperation among nations.<\/p>\n
He also conveyed the Colombian people\u2019s greetings to Iran and expressed his desire to meet with President Pezeshkian.<\/p>\n
