UNSC experts devised secret terror blueprints, including improvised explosive devices (IED) inspired by Iraqi insurgents to sabotage Russia\u2019s infrastructure to propaganda \u201cfrom ISIL\u2019 playbook,\u201d according to the documents\u00a0published\u00a0on Saturday, PressTV reported.<\/p>\n
The documents reveal UNSC created a \u201cplaybook\u201d of extreme terror operations for Ukrainian forces to use in fighting against Russia.<\/p>\n
The documents reviewed by\u00a0The Grayzone\u00a0show how a group of academics and military-intelligence operatives, some of them assigned to the UNSC from other US government agencies, including the Central Intelligence Agency, National Security Agency, the State Department, and the Pentagon laid out schemes which would lead to the US \u201chelping Ukraine resist\u201d against the superior Russian troops.<\/p>\n
The plans devised by the UNSC for Ukraine also aimed to \u201cprolong\u201d the US-led collective West\u2019s proxy war \u201cby virtually any means short of American and NATO forces deploying to Ukraine or attacking Russia.\u201d<\/p>\n
The terror operations included covert military action and psychological operations targeting Russian civilians, with the UNSC experts explicitly stating, \u201cWe need to take a page from ISIL\u2019 playbook.\u201d<\/p>\n
Planting \u201csmart\u201d bombs on Russian trains, railways and power plants, and other civilian targets was included in the UNSC terror playbook.<\/p>\n
Ukrainian forces repeatedly crossed Russia\u2019s clearly stated red lines by enacting the terror operations given in the UNSC playbook\u2019s instructions.<\/p>\n
Other terror operations cited in the playbook were \u201ccyberattacks on Russia by \u2018patriotic hackers\u2019 with deniability,\u201d and flooding Kyiv with \u201cunmanned combat air vehicles.\u201d<\/p>\n
UNSC suggested providing extensive training to \u201cUkrainian expatriates\u201d in using Javelin and Stinger missiles.<\/p>\n
The UNSC experts handed the plans directly to Col. Tim Wright, who was then the Director for Russia in the Biden administration\u2019s National Security Council. The terror plans were outsourced through third parties to ensure \u201cplausible deniability.\u201d<\/p>\n
