Vance at the Munich Security Conference, RT reported.<\/p>\n<p>US President Donald Trump has recently demanded the \u201cequivalent of $500 billion worth of rare earth\u201d from Ukraine in exchange for what he estimates to be \u201cmore than $300 billion\u201d that Washington has provided to Kyiv in various forms of aid during its conflict with Moscow.
